You may not use my artwork for any artificial intelligence image learning.REFERENCES
Please have your references ready for your commission ahead of time. I will not hold a slot for you while you search for a reference. Rendered art is not recommended for a color reference. Having a clear and visible color palette is very useful. It is up to the commissioner to provide at least a moderate quality reference. Highly pixelated images will not be accepted.
When submitting your references on the request form, you may upload images directly from your computer or mobile device. If commissions are taken via social media, where uploads are not available, individual images are welcome, though having a gallery link is more helpful and organized. Google Drive, and Dropbox are all good services with folder/gallery functions.
If you do not have any references for your commission, Picrew offers various avatar makers to choose from.GENERAL:
• Client may display any of the artist's work on external sites as long as there is a visible credit to the artist. This also includes keeping the artist's logo on the image that can be easily seen and read.
• Client will not claim any of the artist's work as their own, even if artwork is purchased for commercial use.
• If not agreed upon for commercial use, client may not sell or profit off of any images made by the artist, this includes making or distributing merchandise.
• Client is not authorized to modify or edit without the artist's explicit consent.AS THE COMMISSIONER, YOU RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
• Purchase a commission if you are 18 years old or older. I will not work with minors.
• Request any works in progress on your commission.
• Request any changes be made during the sketching stages of your commission.
• Request to remain anonymous on social media or in gallery.
• Repost your completed commission WITHOUT REMOVING WATERMARKS and with appropriate credit given.AS THE ARTIST, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
• Maintain all rights to all works I create in all forms, including but not limited to: digital, traditional, and print.
• Refuse or turn down any commission that I do not feel comfortable working on without explanation.
• Issue a full refund at any time I do not feel comfortable working with a client or commission without explanation.
• Discourage replication of my artwork of any sort.
• Discourage unapproved reposting or claiming my artwork as your own.
• Host the completed commission on a public gallery or portfolio.PAYMENTS:
• Client must pay 100% before artwork is completed and delivered.
• Payments are made through Ko-Fi.
• Work on your commission will not begin until your payment has been processed. Please be prepared to pay immediately after receiving the greenlight on your request.REVISIONS:
• You may request changes to the artwork during the WIP [work in progress] phase.
• If by some chance you do not get a WIP please feel free to message me at any time regarding fixes.
• Any changes requested after artwork is completed will have additional fees if it is not an accidental oversight on the artist's part.DEADLINES, DELIVERY, AND PRIVACY:
• I will deliver all final artwork via Email, Twitter, Discord.
• Client must be clear if there is any deadline deliverable or privacy request.
• There will be a rush and delivery fee depending on the deadline (USD).
• I request a flat fee of $50 to keep a piece private.REFUNDS:
• I do not accept refunds if I have already started work on your piece.
• If I take longer than 3 months to deliver any progress of your commission, you will get a 100% refund.
• Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete your commission within three months of your initial payment period or if I am uncomfortable working on a commission or with a client. Do not attempt to start a dispute without contacting me about any difficulties or concerns pertaining to your order.COMMUNICATION:
• Please let me know what the best way is to contact you. I personally prefer twitter dms and email, but I am flexible. Please always feel free to message me with any questions.ADOPTABLE:

• Commercial use will cost an extra +$20 (vtuber, profit, merch etc.)
• This is NOT a vtuber model, just the character design.
• If you would like to choose to use this character commercially at a later date, please just let me know and we can do payment then.
• When bought you will receive PNG without watermark.
